I love this new
Turquoise Crackle glaze we've added to our glaze options. The rich, delicious translucent turquoise color varies between sea green and vivid sapphire. The glaze is shown here on a simple 4" field tile, and would also be lovely on our 3" x 5" handmade subway tile, or on our hand pressed 4" hexagonal tiles. It could also be used on any of
our decorative relief tiles - like the Koi and Willow from our
Kyoto Collection, or anything in our
Alhambra Collection. This is a new glaze created by Bob, with some advice from a
famous friend. The first tiles made with this glaze will grace a fireplace in a beautiful Shaker-inspired room. Here is the "before" pic of the fireplace - "after" pic to come!
